Located on corner of an dense urban block in the heart of the City of London, The new office building will reinstate a prominent street grid and bring a new urban presence to a forgotten corner of London's financial heart.
The principal elevations are created by the amalgamation of a number of basic elements. The dominant element is a floating volume emphasising the corner aspect of the site. This rests between a pair of horizontal bands top and bottom which are set back from the boundary. At its extremes the volume sits against a vertical element that separates it from the adjacent buildings. The whole is then enclosed by a frame leaving the corner of the site exposed and accentuated
