The first new build office development within the Manchester CBD in more than a decade The building occupies a prominent urban location with its main entrance on Princess Street and half way between Alfred and St Peter's Square and in close proximity to Albert Waterhouse's Town Hall

The building's ground and six upper floors all feature full height floor to ceiling glazing, a theme continued in the principal staircase and double height entrance reception with its feature bridge link to the first floor accommodation. To the rear of the building, the Kennedy Street elevation features a retained heritage - listed façade and on the upper floors clear views across the CBD to Manchester's Peace Gardens
